Located in Central Ohio, on September 3, 2002 Newt's launches
into the unknown world with our first playing card retail store.
That we know of, we are the first specialty store of our kind.
Offering hundreds (over 1700 at the time of this posting) of
playing cards from around the world along with accessories,
gifts and more. All geared toward the family.
Our mission is two-fold. First of all it is to encourage
the play of cards with family, friends and loved ones.
Playing card games is a great way to slow down and spend some
quality time with other folks. In our fast food, fast
paced world we need to be encouraged to slow down and enjoy the
moment. Catch our breath.
Our second mission is to encourage the hobby of collecting
playing cards. Playing cards are a wonderful, inexpensive
thing to collect and the options are unending. Playing
cards go back in to the history of human beings hundreds of
years and offer an educational experience for all ages.
Even if one does not collect antique playing cards there are
thousands of choices everyday, all around us.
We invite you to browse our online store and if you are in Canal

Based on Artwork by Peter WoodThis piece of mosaic artwork
entitled "Transformed," was originally hand drawn by
Playing Card Artist Peter Wood and then brought to life by
Mosaic Art Designer and Faux Painter Lori Bias.
The final
artwork measures 42" x 30" in size (per card) and weighs in at
more than 80 pounds total! It is displayed in the front of
our retail store.

Where are we located? |

We are located on the South East side of
Columbus, OH in a suburb called Canal Winchester. From
Route US 33 get off at Gender Rd. (OH-674) and go north.
Take Gender Rd. 1.27 miles and we are located on the left hand
side next to Walter's Car Lot. To
