Return Policy
Newt's Playing Cards stands behind the
quality of every product we sell.
Understandably, personalized items can NOT be accepted for
return.
If, however, when you receive your order, it is either
damaged, defective, or misspelled (our error), you may
return it in new condition and in its original packaging for
a prompt credit, exchange, or refund. Authorized returns of
merchandise are subject to a 10% restocking charge or
minimum $10.00 restocking fee, whichever is greater.
Newton's Novelties will not be responsible for any
consequential damages as a result of an error. Our liability
is specifically limited to the value of the product we
manufactured. Shipping charges can not be credited and
return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
All authorized returns or exchanges must be made within 15
days of receipt. If you received a damaged or misspelled
product, please
contact us here or
call 1-740-474-4200 or 1-740-571-4877 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Returns received without an authorization number are refused
on delivery. |
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, the order
cannot be cancelled unless the item(s) are out of stock and unable to
shipped. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject
to a restocking fee of 25%, plus applicable shipping charges
both ways. Please note, all cancellations are subject to a
$5.90 fee to cover transaction fees. To contact us

Per the "Digital Agreement" you signed online, any
cancellations not the result of Newt's Playing Card, the
customer is still responsible for all credit card processing
fees. (See below). |
I Made a Mistake & Need a
Replacement
We understand that everyone makes mistakes
(including us!), especially on spelling and dates! Take
special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling,
dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an
error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 15%
discount. Simply enter REPLACEMENT (all Caps) in the
Customer Code discount box on the online order form. Of
course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement
item at no charge to you. |
Restocking Fee
Due to the high costs of offering secure
online transactions, any order that is canceled or returned
due to no fault of Newt's Playing Card, will be subject to
an 25% restocking fee. This is because the credit card
servers charge us about about this much to process and
credit your order. |
